The Martini cocktail is obtained by mixing 90% Dry gin and 10% of a white dry Vermouth. Dry Gin at 40% very dry where the balsamic notes of Balkan juniper overwhelm those of other botanicals such as angelica roots, coriander and iris. Vermouth Bianco is an 18% dry vermouth obtained from Italian white wine with a sugar content of less than 4 g/l infused with artemisia absinthe, bourbon vanilla and fresh elderflower. The result is an important aromatic delicacy and a long, dry taste.
